To ensure that the product is not corroded during transportation and storage, the team responded to the customer's requirements quickly and evenly applied anti-rust oil to the machined surfaces of 4 support rollers, 4 support roller shafts, 2 thrust rollers and 2 thrust roller shafts. Gray paint was applied to the non-machined surfaces of the support rollers and thrust roller bases.
The dense protective film formed by the anti-rust oil can effectively isolate water vapor and oxidizing media, and build a solid protective barrier for the metal surface of the product.
At present, the oiling process has been successfully completed and the finished product is in good condition. In the attached exquisite finished product photos, the anti-rust treated parts are full of texture under the light, and the smooth machined surface and the uniform oil film layer complement each other.
