The vibrator of model B screen is unforced; there is no gear between the two shafts. In order to ensure that the screen is vibrating in a straight line, the two shafts must be strictly synchronous and opposite to operate, which can be done naturally in the vibration system of the biaxial screen.

3.Working principle of damper

The layout of damping vibrator is shown in figure, in the condition of working and overhauling, rubber block is not in contact with the base hole, it acts as a symmetrical pressure on the screen box to keep it in a stable position to eliminate vibration and wiggle. When the overhaul resonant jumped, the amplitude of screen box is larger than the gap between the rubber block and the base hole, and the vibration needs to overcome the friction between the rubber and the side wall of the screen box. The resonance amplitude is limited to three times the working amplitude because the friction damping consumes some energy. The damping force is adjusted by adjusting the screw.
