Service Pledge

The service engineers provide 24 hours services; Pretreatment should be finished within 4 hours as require and customer will be promptly replied with solutions. Once on-site service is needed, the service engineers will arrive within 24 hours, and 48 hours for remote areas. They cannot leave until the problem has been solved.
