Application:
The XJM series of flotation machine is mainly used for separating of coal slurry (0.5mm below) and mineral particles including nonferrous metals, rare metal, ferrous metal, nonmetal separation and others.
Main features:
1. The impeller suction mechanical stirring mechanism is adopted. It consists of fixed parts and rotating parts. The aeration and agitation of the coal slurry in the slot are caused by the rotation of the impeller and the action of the spindle. The impeller is casted by nodular cast iron to improve the wear resistance.
2. Aeration rate could reach to 1.2-1.3m3/m2.min.
3. Processing capacity could reach to 0.6-1.2t/h.m3
The series of floatation machine have characteristics of compact structure, light weight, uniform bubble distribution, large processing capacity, flexible process, easy and reliable operation.
Working principle:
Utilize the rotation of impeller, the coal slurry entered into the impeller suction chamber through the suction pipe, by means of the impeller's centrifugal force, the negative pressure was generated inside the impeller and the air and coal slurry was inhaled to mix evenly. Under the action of medicament, the different hydrophilicity of coal and medium are to achieve the purpose of separation.
