On the morning of July 15, the Technical Department received sales feedback that the underground hoist of a Lingbao‑based mining client broke down and required urgent on‑site support.

Feng Bowen, Deputy Minister of the Technical System, and technician Han Wanghe immediately headed to the site. They went underground to troubleshoot faults, complete equipment survey‑mapping, collect key technical parameters and discuss follow‑up solutions with the client.
