Subsequently, accompanied by the CITIC IC team, the customers visited the Heavy-duty Complete Equipment Plant, Hydraulic Equipment Plant and Electronic Control Equipment Plant, experiencing firsthand the CITIC IC 's strengths in mining equipment.
At the Heavy-duty Complete Equipment Plant, Mr. Feng, Chief Engineer of mining hoist equipment at the Technical Center, focused on the multi-rope friction mining hoist on the assembly platform, detailing its structural design innovations and machining precision advantages, allowing the customers to directly appreciate the technical level of our core equipment. The exquisitely finished sheave wheel immediately captured the attention of the customers. Mr. Jonson, General Manager of the International Company, gave a comprehensive introduction covering its functions, specifications and core components. He not only explained the sheave wheel's critical role in the hoisting system and its maximum specification range, but also delved into the high-quality materials, stable friction coefficient and extremely long service life of the high-performance friction liners. He also clarified the types of main host it is compatible with, highlighting CITIC IC's product expertise and adaptability. Furthermore, the extra-long main shaft of the mining hoist main shaft assembly, a core component, was highlighted, and its role in supporting and securing the drum was highlighted. The customers highly recognized the CITIC IC's core component manufacturing capabilities. Finally, the customers viewed the ore grinding mill equipment and the mill shell being processed on a 6x20m heavy-duty horizontal lathe. The advanced processing equipment and strong production capacity further demonstrated the CITIC IC's manufacturing strengths.
Entering the Hydraulic Equipment Plant, Mr. Feng continued to explain the working principle, optimized structure and performance advantages of the hydraulic station for the mining hoist, clearly demonstrating CITIC IC's technological expertise in the hydraulic system field. Mr. Jonson then focused on the mining hoist disc brake, detailing its safety features and stability characteristics, highlighting the CITIC IC's equipment's strong support for safe production.
At the Electronic Control Equipment Plant, Mr. Feng focused on introducing the electrical control cabinets for mining hoists and demonstrated the practical application of CITIC IC's intelligent electrical control systems in large-scale mining equipment. This demonstrated the CITIC IC's forward-thinking approach to intelligentization and won praise from the customers.
