For products made of ductile iron, if anti-rust work is not carried out in time, rust will quickly appear on the surface, affecting the product quality and performance. Therefore, we strictly implement the anti-rust oil coating process to build a "protective shield" for the product.
At present, the products have been successfully packaged and the delivery process has been started.
For the four support roller assemblies, we use four layers of careful packaging:
1.Firstly, use a layer of waterproof film as a base to block water vapor;
2.Secondly, cover a layer of blue rainproof cloth to enhance the rainproof effect;
3.Thirdly, wrap a layer of waterproof film for double protection;
4.Fourly, fix the outer periphery with wooden plates, tighten with steel belts;
5.Finally, place it on a steel bracket support specially designed by engineers.
The bracket support is built based on CIC many years of production and delivery experience, which can ensure the stability and reliability of the supporting wheel group during transportation to the greatest extent.
The thrust rollers and thrust roller shafts are placed in some wooden boxes to avoid the risk of transportation collision.
