Recently, three Spanish customers visited CIC for inspection and conducted in-depth exchanges on spare parts project cooperation.

During the business meeting, we introduced the company's development history, core technology advantages, quality management system and market performance in detail through PPT presentations and promotional video playback, focusing on the company's professional capabilities and rich experience in spare parts research and development and manufacturing, so that customers have a comprehensive understanding of the company's overall strength.

Subsequently, the customer visited the plant on site, and accompanied by us, visited the Heavy Duty Equipment Plant, Hydraulic Plant, Electronic Control Plant, Engineering Plastic Plant, and deeply understood the whole process from raw material inspection, processing and production to finished product testing. The advanced automated production equipment, strict quality control links and efficient management model left a deep impression on the customer. During the period, the two sides communicated on-site on issues such as production capacity and production cycle.

Finally, the two sides discussed the needs of the spare parts project. The customer put forward specific requirements such as production process, inspection requirements, technical requirements and delivery date, and we responded in terms of technical details, cost structure, cooperation model, etc. After full communication, the two sides reached a preliminary consensus on a number of key issues, laying a good foundation for subsequent cooperation. This visit effectively promoted mutual trust between the two sides and took an important step forward in promoting the cooperation process.
