At 4:00 p.m. on October 8, 2022, CIC held the third quarter of the campaign to welcome the conclusion of the 20th CPC National Congress and the mobilization meeting for the fourth quarter of the final battle. Nearly 70 people from the CIC’s leading group, factory directors of the plants, middle-level cadres of the organs and backbones of the plants attended the meeting, which was chaired by Mr. Yang, the executive deputy general manager. Then, every factory directors reported and made commitments to the work in the fourth quarter. At the same time, the leaders presented awards to the winning units. At the meeting, Ms He, vice chairman of the trade union, arranged to mobilize the labor competition activity of "fighting in the fourth quarter and comprehensively completing all tasks of the year". Mr. Ma, General Manager and Secretary of the Party Committee, planned to arrange and deploy 14 key tasks in the fourth quarter.
