1. Single Rope Mining Hoist Plastic Plates  DSCB-01

Technical Characteristics:

1).    Of high mechanical strength, and long usage cycle

The compressive strength of this kind of plastics plates is 7 to 10 times higher than that of the wood liner, thus conditions such as crushing and flatting of the wire rope groove, and its usage cycle is above 5 times longer than that of the wood liner.

2).    Of wide range of application

The plastic plates are of good resistance of desiccation and moisture, avoiding the phenomenon of the sun cracking and rotting of the wood. They are especially suitable for using in severe environment, such as Mining of large water spray and high corrosivity, and underground mining.

3).    Of light proportion and no water absorption

The proportion is 0.98, which is lighter than the wood liner after absorption, thus the rotational inertia and the reactive power of the equipment would not be increased.

4).    Compression moulding, with flat surface of the rope groove

They are easy to install. With the neatly rank of the wire rope, phenomenon such as locking and skipping of the wire rope could be avoid from happening, and the usage life of the wire rope could be extended.

GDM326     High Performance Friction Liner with Imported Material


To fulfill the new requirement of large and super - large multi - rope friction hoist , our company using the Germany imported raw materials produces GDM326 high performance friction liner with imported material, mainly matching the imported hoist, domestic large and super large hoist and meeting other needs.

 

Compared with other liner, GDM326 high performance friction liner with imported material has been greatly improved in the friction coefficient, compression resistance, abrasion resistance, stability etc., so it has been adopted and trusted by a great number of users and brought good economic benefit. GDM326 high performance friction liner with imported material can also be used for other machinery conveying power by friction and be used as leading wheel friction liner of funicular.

 

Technical Characteristics

1). All the friction coefficients of GDM326 in various conditions are more than 0.28, which completely fulfills the requirements of multi - rope friction hoist.

GM-3 High Performance Friction Liner  ·  Multi-rope mining Hoist


Friction Liner is one of the main components of mullti - rope friction hoist, which is PVC and CPUR previously. Friction coefficient of PVC is low (0.28). CPUR has better abrasion resistance than PVC, however, its friction coefficient is 0.20~0.23 and difficult to be machined, has unstable quality due to process reason and found melted in service course, so CPUR is only used with friction coefficient of 0.20~0.23. All the friction Liner with more than 0.25 friction coefficient used in home - made multi - rope hoist needs to be imported overseas, which is very expensive and the import duration time is very long.

GM - 3 high performance friction liner researched and developed from 1997 has met above requirement and passed the provincial technical appraisal on Sep. 12th, 2001.

 

Technical Characteristics:

1). All the friction coefficients of GM - 3 in various conditions are more than 0.25, even more than 0.28 tested by China Mining University and Luoyang Mining Machinery Engineering Design and Research Institute, which completely fulfills the requirements of multi - rope friction hoist.

2). High mechanical strength, thermal resistance and melting resistance better than imported liner, no material damaging steel wire rope, being easy to machine groove in worksite.

3). Be better matched with friction fat whether which is home-made or imported . Ailisi 400 is the beat friction fat.

4). Price is more competitive than imported liner, and bring Customer better economic benefit.

5). Test results show its thermal resistance, melting resistance and abrasion resistance are better than imported liner, and the abrasion per power is equivalent to imported liner.

3. KP-09 Ultrahigh Molecular Head Sheave Liner

KP - 09 ultrahigh molecular head sheeve liner has excellent abrasion resistance (slurry abrasion is one - tenth of PVC, 1/7 of carbon steel, 1/27 of copper ), good impact resistance(up to 180KJ/m at least), good self - lubrication (friction coefficient is only about 0.10), ultrahigh tensile strength (more than 35Mpa), good corrosion resistance and water resistance, good stability in many inorganic and organic solvents, excellent low temperature resistance, and non toxic. KP - 09 can be produced to be many shapes and specifications according to Customers’ requirements, and still keep excellent performance of ultrahigh molecular material.

WSM-3 New Environmental Asbestos Free Brake Shoe ·Hoist Brake


Braking, which is a process of thermal energy turning into kinetic energy, is realized by the friction of the friction couples. So the friction - static material of the friction couples is the guarantee of the safety of the brake. Brake Shoe is the main parts of the hoist brake, if the property of the brake shoe, such as the friction coefficient, could not be qualified for the designing requirement, accidents which influence the machinery and human safety may be caused properly.

The brake shoes used in our country are mainly made of asbestos material. But there are some insurmountable shortcomings of the asbestos brake shoe:

The thermal conductivity of the asbestos is not very good, the friction heat could not disappear quickly, thus it causes the thickening of the hot recession layer and the aggravating of the abrasion, and polluting the environment as well. Especially, the asbestos fiber dust is one of the causes that lead to human cancer

Abrasive of high hardness and Steel Wool are used to increase the friction coefficient and heat dissipating capability

The intensity of asbestos will reduce after complete dehydration decomposition at 650℃ to 700℃

Hot recession of the friction property of the asbestos happens frequently.

 

Environmental Asbestos Free Brake Shoe is a kind of the friction - static material, which uses resin and fiber reinforced plastics instead of asbestos. Its characteristics are:

Of high friction coefficient, good mechanical intensity, and small heat recession;

Steel wool and high - hardness abrasive free, with low hardness, it causes small damage to the brake discs;

Asbestos free, environmental friendly;

Of low abrasion, and long usage cycle.
